Explore the world of colour in this fun drawing and painting workshop and develop your use of colour to make both figurative and abstract artworks.
what you will learn
Learn to create stunning artworks with colour, taking inspiration from a variety of artists and scientists throughout history, from Newton's colour wheel to Kandinsky's colour theory. Create your own unique colour composition and produce a finished painting to take away with you.
what you will need
All materials are provided so you do not need to bring anything unless there are specific materials you particularly want to use.
where is the workshop
The location for this workshop is the historic Waterloo Park Pavillion, we will be in the stunning Sandys-Winsch Room upstairs overlooking the beautiful 1900's park.

Whether you are a complete beginner wanting to unwind through art, are looking to develop your existing art practice or are interested in joining in with regular creative group activities this workshop is a perfect opportunity to learn new artistic skills and be creative with like -minded people.
